My name is Vanessa and welcome to my creative writing blog. Here you'll find short original stories, poetry and information about my current projects such as a series of novels and comics.

I discovered a passion for writing during high school, since then I have been working towards becoming the best writer I can be, this path has lead me to studying creative writing at University of Canberra where I am currently in my third year.

​

I love writing horror, fantasy and romance, as each one challenges me to push my creativity to my limits, and it is on that edge of creativity do I find my strongest ideas. I also love exploring concepts, each piece I write there is a question in there somewhere that I needed to answer, whether it be a concept or a simple question or to see my limits, I write to explore and to answer.

I am a skilled writer, particularly in the horror genre, as I am often told my works creep people out, in the best way. So if you're here for a scare, you're in the right place.

It is my dream to write horror and fantasy comics and novels for people to love and escape into. I believe stories are like a portal to another world, and there is nothing better than going on an adventure with characters you feel you know inside and out.
